Healthy Kids Cooking Class
I created a class geared for children and their parents to learn how to make healthy snacks at home without preservatives or artificial ingredients. I taught the class that was sponsored by Whole Foods Market of Tarzana and Playdate Connection a Chamber of Commerce type group for entrepreneur parents.

Healthy Lifestyle Demos with Equalism
Equalism is my passion project where I teach the community healthy lifestyle practices. With the children, I would present non-toxic sensory play items that could easily be made at home time-and-time again with mom and dad's help. The children would participate in the creating and play.
For the adults, I would present healthy cooking classes and retreats. Many of these events were hosted in conjunction with Playdate Connection a Chamber of Commerce style group for entrepreneurial parents.

Mind + Body Retreat
2017
In 2017, I produced a day-long retreat as Equalism, my lifestyle business. My guests enjoyed a day of massage, guided meditation, reflection and journaling for the future, a guest nutritionist, healthy meals, aromatherapy, body scans, and fellowship.
